Whether you celebrate Christmas, St. Nicklaus Day, Hanukkah or Kwanzaa or all of the above, we are going to celebrate the Holiday spirit - naked!!!
Please note that due to a scheduling conflict the Hotel Takeover has moved back to it's original weekend (the last weekend of January)
Dinner on Friday and Saturday nights and breakfast Sat/Sun morning will of course be included. This is our "traditional" hotel takeover with Bloody Mary and Bingo on Saturday morning, plenty of games and fun all weekend, great Hospitality Suites and perhaps a surprise or too...ho...ho...ho...!
We are returning to the same hotel in the Janesville, Wisconsin area with a large pool, hot tub, a great breakfast and the fastest check in ever!
GOOD NEWS
Our favorite hotel in the Janesville area has been great to us, so once again we are able to keep our pricing THE SAME for the 4th year in a row! $399 for the weekend for up to two people. If you book both hotel takeovers, you will receive a $100 discount. (Applied to the 2nd takeover).

COOL NEW NEWS - JACUZZI ROOMS
While we try to honor all room requests, it’s never easy and not always possible. Everyone wants a jacuzzi tub in their room! All jacuzzi rooms have a kind bed, except for one which has 2 king beds. These are not the hospitality suite rooms, but the next best thing.
IF you want to reserve a Jacuzzi room, we are asking for an additional $50 for the weekend. That’s all to guarantee a Jacuzzi! They will be first come first serve.
1st floor has four jacuzzi rooms with a king bed
2nd floor has four Jacuzzi rooms with a king bed
2nd floor has 1 jacuzzi room with 2 king beds.
HOW TO RESERVE YOUR ROOM?
There are only 50 rooms at this hotel, and they always go fast!
$100 reserves your room. $150 reserves a Jacuzzi suite. Balance due November 30, 2025. First come, first serve.
Full refunds are issued up to 60 days before the Hotel Takeover. Refunds after the 60 days are based on our ability to replace your room and are not guaranteed.
