We are super excited to announce that we are moving just a bit north from Rockford to a NEW hotel which will make the 2024 Hotel Takeover THE BEST EVER!!!
While no hotel is “perfect” we believe this one offers us a much better overall experience for everyone!

- We are now going to a hotel in the Jaynesville, Wisconsin area
- We no longer have a large ballroom area
- We do have a good sized hotel lobby, large breakfast area and a HUGE pool deck to accommodate everyone.

This hotel has a few less rooms, 50 in total, so there is no time to waste to reserve your room now. We do encourage friends sharing a room (we can accommodate up to 4 people per room).

The 2024 Hotel Takeover will be celebrating everything HOLLYWOOD. Expect this to be THE BEST Hotel Takeover EVER!
HOW TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A ROOM?
Because we are limited on rooms, we are making a few changes.
1. We are NOT increasing the price, it is still the same as last year, $399 per room for up to two people.
2. We are increasing the deposit to $100 deposit to hold a room. Any deposits made before today (8/25/2023) will be sufficient to hold your room.
3. Full payment is due no later than November 30, 2023. If you do not make full payment by November 30, 2023 we cannot guarantee you will have a room.
4. Full refunds will be offered up until November 30, 2023. Beginning December 1, 2023, any deposit paid will not be refundable. Beginning December 1, any payments besides the deposit will refundable as long as we can find someone to fill your room (which should be easy).

SO WHAT HAPPENED TO THE ROCKFORD HOTEL?
This is a really long story, but the short version is they fired the sales person we were dealing with, fired the general manager we will dealing with, tried to renegotiate pretty much every detail of the contract (all in their favor) and we would have had to charge over $550 per room to hope to break even.
We reached out to the old hotel in the Delavan area and the costs there would have been well over $500 per room
Over the past few months, we looked at every hotel within a 3 hour drive of Chicago - and we mean every hotel. Hotel prices right now are ridiculous so it took a long time to find one that not only would rent to nudists, but had the amenities we needed and a price we could afford.
This new hotel has a few great advantages: a larger pool that is actually heated, a hot tub and a huge pool deck. We will have no more restrictions on alcohol and food, so everyone will save money since there is no more cash bar.
