Good things come to those who wait, my little pierogis!
We are bringing a real authentic professional Polish Chef (Size Kuchni) to show us the ins and outs of homemade pierogi! Pierogi are soft pillow of dough stuffed with the most delectable sweet or savory fillings and a staple of Eastern European cooking.
We are going to a brand new location in the Plainfield / Joliet area about 40-45 minutes south west of down town Chicago with plenty of free and easy parking! (And a full kitchen!)
We will be making sweet and savory pierogis! Plenty to eat and take home for leftovers! This will be a hands on cooking class and you will get a recipe sheet to take home to try on your own.
The event is 4 hours which give us plenty of time to socialize, make pierogis and of course eat!
We will be providing everything you need for the pierogi as well as soda/water/ice/utensils, etc. Please bring an Eastern European snack/appetizer/dessert to share and a towel to sit on. BYOB.
